Why did they call this cost cutters when the prices are so very high!!! Maybe that's why the reviews are so bad!! I really like one of the beauticians that did my hair but I will never go back...

Needing a haircut - go elsewhere!! Honestly the most horrific haircut I have ever received. I have hair on my head that's not even cut and the top of it is gaped! I wouldn't let that woman cut...
