Charlotte is the worst airport I've had the displeasure of transferring through. All the moving sidewalks were nonfunctional.

Terminal E at CLT is a pit. Yes, they are remodeling...but that's been going on for a while now. Dark, dank, dirty. They could try a little harder to make it more welcoming while they spiff it up.
