Carolina Regional Orthopaedics: Mark Perlmutter, MD

Dr. Kemker joined Carolina Regional Orthopaedics in August of 2020. He specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery and Adult Reconstruction. He attended Indiana University with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry and Psychology. He did his residency at Michigan State University and recently completed his Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Virginia Commonweatlth University. Dr. Kemker takes pride in returning his patients back to their normal activities, such as, sports, working in their gardens, workshops and regaining their independence from their hip and knee pain. Through Dr. Kemker's training and fellowship he has become focused on the treatment of advanced reconstruction problems, such as, fracture repair, infections and wound care, and the failing of hip and knee replacements. His goal is keeping expert care close to home.

Dr. Hardy Singh, MD has been practicing for 26 years. He graduated from Government Medical College Chandigarh, Punjab University in 1993 and specializes in orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Michael McGraw is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, with expertise in treating shoulder, hip, and knee conditions. He is dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries, restore strength, and return to peak performance. Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. McGraw tailors each treatment plan to meet individual goals, whether caring for elite athletes or those simply looking to stay active. His combination of advanced training, professional experience, and compassionate care ensures patients receive innovative solutions for long-term orthopedic health.
