I wish I could give this place negative stars. I made a reservation online and when I arrived they were sold out. My options were to go to the airport and pay more or upgrade to a larger vehicle...

Avis is a horrible company!!! Customer service is the worst!! They charge you for random things after you drop off the car. Try to call their customer service number? You will be on hold for hours...

Just returned a car there and literally got screamed and accused of being drunk because by one or the associates that work there. I called to ask where I should park and got a very angry worker....
