Good bagels for a good price with friendly staff. I've been here a number of times and it's consistent. The bagels have gotten smaller over time ... but what hasn't.

Service is absolutely terrible. Placed an order for pickup with an estimated ready time of 15-20 minutes. Went to the store (a 15 minute drive for me) and then waited over an HOUR for my food....
