I've been to this location twice now with no issues. My bf and I both got the Farmhouse bagel, and I got an iced coffee as well. We did pickup through the app, and our order was waiting for us...

What a waste. Bagel was supposed to be onion but had no taste. Bacon, burnt to a crisp. Eggs were processed and spongy, not fresh. Overall just a bagel would have been better than this mess....

Nice to see that this place finally reopened the dining area after 4 years, however the service is always subpar. Today I was given a visibly burnt bagel that is not edible.

Wouldn't recommend. We came on a Sunday around 11. They had about 4 bagels to choose from. Out of a plain (!!) and our desired asiago parm. No sorry we are out. Nothing. Asked for extra cream...
