Horrible service / only one person by the desk - waiting and waiting forever ... ATM inside the building has a low withdrawal limit- switch to Chase if you can - much better service in Apex .

Customer service, I don't think they know what that is here. I have a business account with them and they have done ABSOLUTELY to help me figure out my account. I went in today (March 21st, 2019)...

The wait time is terrible and the so called "new manager" doesn't even know how to do a simple deposit. Have my personal and business accounts here and plan to switch banks ASAP.
