The level of service my family and I received this evening was excellent! We arrived just after 10pm and we were not aware that the dining area closed at 10pm but the drive thru remained open...

Facilities were disgusting. There was pee and water all over the floor. The baby changing table had weed residue on it. The workers were also smoking right outside the doors.

Challenging to hire, train and keep people. Especially in restaurant biz. That challenge is on full display at Arby's Littleton, NC location. Longest wait time I've ever experienced.

Just a disaster of a drive-through experience. Took almost 40 minutes. Completely understaffed and never apologized. Avoid!!
