No one in line and ordered through drive up. Received drinks then asked to pull forward to wait and wait we did. About 15 min later food is walked out. Good news is the food was hot

I just had the worst Reuben sandwich there. I get them there a lot but tonight it was awful. The meat was dried and hard, and there was hardly any sauerkraut on it.
