Surprised by all the negative reviews. But Yelp seems to attract mostly negative reviews. Bought a spa from them almost 3 years ago and they've always have been responsive and helpful. And nice.

Looked up the reviews, gave them the benefit of a doubt, however, don't be surprised when you walk in to this place and the staff is absolutely Rude, don't even know what a Hayward pool pump lid...
