I went there at 10 AM, ordered chef special and three everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, smoked salmon , took a while for the order, but that's OK. I got home....

This shop is extremely busy but the lines moves fast and so do the orders. The cashier taking my order was so polite and did not rush me through, it was great customer service.
