Dr. Dianne Seo is a breast surgeon at the White Plains Hospital Center for Cancer Care. She performs breast biopsies, lumpectomies, mastectomies, oncoplastic surgery, and other procedures to treat breast conditions, such as breast cancer in both men and women. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to English, she is fluent in Korean and proficient in Spanish.

Dr. Gordon received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School and completed his general surgery residency at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center, now known as New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. His accomplished academic record includes active service as an Instructor in Surgery at The New York Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center and later as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Cornell University Medical College.
