Dr. Joshua Latzman is a board-certified physician in Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology &Echocardiography. As a highly trained cardiologist, he specializes in the full spectrum of cardiac care, from preventive treatment to management of hospitalized patients with advanced heart disease. He is skilled in all aspects of clinical cardiology, including echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear cardiology as well as the interpretation of Holter/event monitors, pacemakers and defibrillators. Dr. Latzman was selected by his peers as a Castle Connolly Top Cardiologist since 2017 and has been featured in Westchester Magazine & New York Magazine both as a Top Doctor Cardiologist for multiple years.

Dr. Fragner is an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is Chief Emeritus of the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at White Plains Hospital, and is currently the Chief of Hand Surgery at the Westchester Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Fragner has served as a Clinical Instructor in Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at Yale University School of Medicine and as a medical consultant to the New York Rangers hockey team. Dr. Fragner and his team treat adults and children for any disorder or injury involving the hand, wrist or elbow, both surgically and non-surgically.

Dr. Gregory Pontone is a cardiologist at White Plains Hospital, where he also serves as Associate Medical Director of Ambulatory Quality & Physician Services. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography, Dr. Pontone has initiated and directed a number of patient safety and quality programs, and is a strong proponent of high value care. He earned his medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine - where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society - and received an MBA in Healthcare Management from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business.
