Horrible customer service. There was only one teller at the bank that didn't know what he was doing. Very unprofessional and rude employees.

1 star because no stars is not an option. 8 teller booths, 2 tellers, both of whom are always slow and inefficient. Other personnel always standing around doing nothing. 6 customers in line seething.

Stopped in the branch to speak with a banker regarding some changes to my account and Kaamil Johnson greeted me with a smile and firm handshake. He was great, very helpful and got the job done...
