WARNING Id give zero stars but had to select one. I was a satisfied customer until the owner Aiden mistreated my elderly mother today. Cut into dry hair and was rude when she asked him to fix...

I had been going there for 5 years. The last couple of years haven't been very good. But it was convent. Jon and Ivan are wonderful. But the management is awful. I cannot recommend this salon.

I had a scheduled appointment for balayage and was left sitting over 15 minutes past the time the bleach was ready to be washed out because several walk-ins were accepted without appointments....

Be careful when getting your hair colored here. I told them I could feel a burn, but was told that's what was needed to "get it right". Needless to say, I received a minor chemical burn....
