Dr. Lauren Blatt is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics and an Assistant Pediatrician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She completed her undergraduate and medical school education at Georgetown University. She continued her training at NewYork-Presbyterian Phyllis and David Komansky Children's Hospital at Weill Cornell Medical Center for both her residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

Dr. Kavita Gupta is a fellowship-trained Endourologist, who serves as an Assistant Professor of Urology at Weill Cornell Medicine and at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She completed the two-year esteemed endourology fellowship at Mount Sinai with Mantu Gupta, M.D. in New York City.Dr. Gupta specializes in cutting-edge procedures for complex kidney stone disease such as supine percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), mini-PCNL, Endoscopic Combined Intrarenal Surgery (ECIRS) and Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS). Her approach goes beyond surgery; she is committed to the holistic, long-term health of her patients. She uses her expertise in the medical management of kidney stone disease to create personalized treatment plans for each individual.A dedicated researcher, Dr. Gupta has been honored with prestigious awards, such as the 2023-2024 Olympus Endourology Fellow’s Scholarship and the Ferdinand C. Valentine Fellowship Award. Her research focuses on improving patient care by advancing surgical technologies, leveraging computer vision to enhance kidney stone surgery outcomes, and developing new technologies to minimize renal damage during endourological procedures.

Dr. Kimberly Sippel attended Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, graduating with honors in Biochemical Sciences. She received her medical degree with the Alpha Omega Alpha honor distinction from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City. Following two years of training in general surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Sippel completed ophthalmology residency training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. She then completed the fellowship program in Cornea and External Disease at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and is a recipient of both a Heed Foundation fellowship, as well as the American Ophthalmological Society Knapp Foundation fellowship award. Dr. Sippel also pursued several years of vision-related laboratory investigation as a Research Fellow at both the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Schepens Eye Research Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Sippel is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Sippel is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Weill Cornell Medicine and the NewYork Presbyterian Hospital. Prior to joining the Weill Cornell faculty, Dr. Sippel was with Cornea Consultants of Boston/ Laser Eye Consultants of Boston and had an active teaching role at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary. Her interests include laser vision correction surgery, corneal transplantation and cataract surgery, corneal disease and dry eye, and conjunctival tumors.Kimberly C.
