Scott Koenig, M.D., is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in the care of the foot and ankle. He has written, researched, and presented on a variety of orthopedic topics including difficult foot fractures, techniques for improving outcomes after ankle fracture surgery, and applying evidence-based research to surgical decision-making. Dr. Koenig joined Orlin & Cohen after practicing in the department of orthopedics and sports medicine at ProHEALTH Care Associates in Lake Success, NY. An orthopedic foot and ankle specialist, Dr. Scott Koenig joined Orlin & Cohen in 2018. An accomplished writer and researcher, he completed his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the University of California-Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Koenig treats a full spectrum of operative and nonoperative foot and ankle problems, including sports injuries, fracture care, Achilles tendon tears, cartilage restoration, and bunions.
