Terrible customer service. Foreign agent promised one price and was charged much more. They denied it. After 20 years with them I switched to AT&T and am never dealing with Verizon again!

My phone had SOS and was totally unusable. The guy checked me in, gave me correct expectations, and took care of me. It was a 30-minute experience from walking through the door and leaving.
