History
The House was built in 1709 and was restored between 1975 and 1981. We have rented the venue for private events, mostly weddings and picnics, but also music festivals, photo shoots, fashion shoots, and film making. In the last five years we have approached these activities more aggressively,
Specialties
We are a historic Dutch farm house with approximately 1.5 acres of open land. We are on the National, State, and City Historic Registers. We give tours of the property, conduct genealogy workshops, receive school class visits, and conduct public events. We rent the property for weddings and private picnics, and for photo shoots, fashion shows, and film making.
