It's a good old fashioned hardware store with wry knowledgeable employees - they carry a wide assortment of screws and bolts and have a way better selection than a chain store!

Bob is always helpful, remembers long-time customers, a great old-fashioned hardware store with all sorts of esoteric items -- and also the usual needed ones. And the staff is totally helpful as well.
