I used to enjoy shopping at ULTA back when they actually said hello and provided you with help and recommendations. I've stopped into this location a few times recently and have just been ignored...

If I can give less than one star, I would. The prices at the store are 30% higher than anywhere else. The staff is snarky and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else and save money.

I am really sad to leave this review. I will start off by saying I've had a lot of really great experiences at this store in the past. But lately they seem to be having a lot of staffing issues....
