I have to say that Matthew (Gateway plaza) is the Best employee who's ever helped me in ANY Ulta. I've been going to them for decades. He knows what he's doing and cares about the customers...

All the employees are so helpful!!! Not judgy at all and the atmosphere is always good. I do get so hot in there can u turn the thermostat down
