Brought working IPOD to have battery replaced not holding charge for long anymore.After getting run around for 2 1/2 weeks got non working damaged IPOD back. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible scam. I purchase and maintain insurance on all of my business phones. I am trying to complete a claim on a lost phone and have been unable to receive their confirmation email. NOONE...
