I am an artist and cake decorator from Rochester, NY. I am passionate about creating edible works of art that WOWS. Most recently I have put this passion on break due to my new found passion of creating cakes that are Diabetes and Keto friendly. One of the most difficult parts for diabetics and people following the Keto lifestyle is not being able to eat any desserts. My desserts are sugar free, low carb, ridiculously delicious and the best part is that I portion them out out to be between 1.8 to 4 net carb per serving! My bakery is family owned and operated.
