I can't recommend this facility because they are closed between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and that's prime gym time for many. So I don't recommend it. Also...they are very expensive to join.

Nice gym. The fitness instructors are a little cooky but the real problem is the company that runs the gym and the parking garage, Amversev. It's such a scam and I refuse to continue supporting them.
