We were quite happy that this place was open when shalom Japan was not (they are sister restaurants) Ordering surprisingly hard. Perhaps the cashier was tired. Ordered karaage and miso soup....

lox chicharron - i think im just not a fan of chicharron - it just tasted like expensive crackers or chips to me ramen - noodles weren't at the best chewiness - broth wasn't mouthwateringly...

Such a cute cafe! Their onigiri are SO big, such a good price for the portion, compared to other places in New York. I really liked the spicy salmon with avocado, but the mentaiko was also good....
