Clase Azul Reposado, Clase Azul Mezcal, Tres Agaves agave syrup, and Bittermen Mole bitters served over a large ice cube garnished with orange peel, torched cinnamon stick, and cherry.The Wilson is a neighborhood gem located at the intersection of the Chelsea and NoMad neighborhoods and just South of Madison Square Garden. Chef Jeff Haskell presents a seafood focused menu of New American Classics within a casually upscale setting. Design highlights are an enclosed heated patio and a private dining & events space with a 30ft ceiling and living moss wall. Cocktails are playful and inventive and the service is warm and hospitable.

Popular for their dog friendly menu and space, drinks and service were good. I got the chicken cesar wrap which was a bit dry but maybe something else on the menu would be better
