Gorgeous community with great amenities and events. Feels like a vacation every day and many shopping places and much to do in the area.

Since moving in, my rent has increased $757!! Almost a 30% increase over the last 3 1/2 years. They advertise Port Jefferson, but in fact this is Port Jeff Station and Bicycle path is a nightmare...

i have been renting here since complex opened, rent was reasonable compared to other apartments in the area at the time, it's not the worst place I've lived, but the raving reviews on other sites...
