The Shaker & Vine is the capital district’s first self-serve wine bar and cocktail lounge. A lot of things make the Shaker & Vine special, but the interactive wine dispensers truly stand out. The self-serve wine preservation machines let customers sample a selection of 50 wines, each dispensed at the push of a button. This fun, self-serve option lets the customer select a sip, a taste, or a glass. It’s an innovative way to sample a variety of wines to find what you like best before committing to a full glass. Guests can pour samples until they decide to sit and sip, or they can spend the evening with small pours.
