The place is very noisy. Frequent fire alarms. Very noisy restaurant on the ground floor (loud music, outdoor space, parking).

Terrible management by Beechwood and horrendous construction. Fire alarms go off constantly. There is no solution to the problem unless the entire building is re-wired. False alarms occur weekly...

Stunning building for luxury rentals. Beautiful amenities and outdoor pool. Great location right off the highways and across from Eisenhower park.
