Vegan cafe w/ fresh juice, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, entrees, housebaked pastries, beer, wine, catering & take-out. Allergy-friendly & gluten-free options (please specify if Celiacs when ordering!). Currently takeout & delivery only. The Red Fern was founded with a focus on animal rights, health, ethics, environmental/social consciousness. We serve an entirely vegan menu with many gluten-free options, including entrees, sandwiches, salads, fresh juice, smoothies, house-baked pastries, weekend brunch, beer & wine. Most of our food is prepared from scratch in-house using locally-sourced or organic ingredients whenever possible. We also offer take-out, wholesale baked goods & catering. References to meat, eggs & dairy on our menu refer to vegan substitutes. We happily accommodate special diets & allergies/food sensitivities; we have menus for soy-free, nut-free, garlic-free, onion-free and oil-free preparations.
