The Rowan Group is an independent insurance agency located in Whitesboro, New York. Ed Rowan founded the agency in 1992, and with his son Scott built the agency from the ground up. Although Ed retired in 2000, The Rowan Group continues to operate under the leadership of Scott Rowan. We now serve many thousands of policyholders locally and throughout New York State.
