Agreed, zero stars. I'd actually deduct stars if possible. I've had the same experience as everyone else. I'm pretty sure this company is just shamming people for their money via Living Social....

Similar experience as other reviews. Very limited appointments available and had to wait weeks. An hour before my appt, they sent an email cancelling. I rescheduled and they did not show...

Same experience as Lucy R. Scheduled twice with Taylor's Cleaning Plus (got it through LivingSocial deal), and both times they were a no-show. The first time they let me know an hour before that...
