Not open when they say they are going to be... a sign saying it taking out the trash and back in 10 min is not true. Very frustrating.

I walked and there was 3 associates all without masks on and huddled together watching a video on their phone. No greeting, no help, nothing. It's pretty sad to see brick and mortar stores decline...

Love this Superdry location in Woodbury outlets as I always find inexpensive items that seem to be a bit over my budget at the regular locations in the city! Stopped by on the way back to NYC...
