Founded in 1989, the AIDS Community Health Center, formerly known as Community Health Network, is a nonprofit, community-based organization that provides a range of medical and social services. It is a licensed diagnostic and treatment center that offers medical care, case management, substance abuse evaluation and mental health counseling services. The center also provides neurological and gynecological care, therapeutic drug monitoring and nutrition counseling services.
