I'm surprised by the other negative reviews. I personally had 0 issues here. I walked in asking what could be made decaf and was helped by a nice guy who recommended the decaf white mocha...

The drinks were good but I ordered a Matcha with caramel, not a random brown block... The lady was also very nice but it's disappointing to know that something just fell into my cup without anyone...

This has to be the slowest moving Starbucks on earth. Keep driving to the next Starbucks, and you'll get your coffee sooner.

VERY rude , when I ask about how much longer for my drink it's like your not even there then talk about you on the headset as if u don't have ears . very slow because there too busy chatting

Whatever you do. Do not go into the lobby with the thought that you'll be in and out faster. Their focus is the drive thru. I waited almost five minutes just to place an order not one person...
