Our Outpatient clinics offer substance use disorder treatment in the communities of Malone, Massena, Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Elizabethtown, Keeseville, and Ticonderoga. Our services include assessment, intensive case management, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, continuing care, co-dependency, and medication-assisted treatment. Licensed by NYS OASAS. One of America's Best Addiction Treatment Centers by Newsweek. We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances.

Our Veterans Residential Program is licensed by NYS's Office of Addiction Services & Supports (OASAS) and offers comprehensive addiction treatment for Veterans and their families. We also treat veterans with co-occurring disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, or depression. Prospective Veterans may apply regardless of their branch of service, length of service, or their discharge status.
