Decent experience as we stayed here twice before we moved to Rochester. Staff was very helpful and tried to go above and beyond. Plenty of parking. Ok breakfast, typical for hotel. Room was good.

Not the most modern or fancy, but it lives up to the price point. I didn't notice any bad smells, stains or bugs. The room is generally clean and I don't really hear too much from the neighbors....

We were able to check in early which really helped us. Roomy and spacious. NO microwave; have to use the microwave downstairs. Cigarette burn marks on the shower/tub; hoping the fool who did this...

Bed was VERY comfortable. Checked out the next day, went to the Hampton Inn downtown Rochester. Wish I could've took the bed with me.
