HistorySuffolk Primary Health, formerly United Comprehensive Care, celebrates its new staff and management with a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand re-opening held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. In a ceremony attended by local officials, management and former sports legends, the center renewed its commitment to bring the highest quality healthcare to Riverhead and Suffolk County. Under the leadership of Dr. Nathanael Desire as Medical Director, Dr. M. Yaqub Noori as Director of Medical Services, the medical staff also includes Dr. Augustus Mantia, Dr. Anthonette Desire, and Dr. Liliana Tique,. With more than fifty years of combined primary medical care experience, Suffolk Primary Health physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Pediatrics, with some holding teaching and directorship positions in their respective fields. The center will also provide Women's Health, Geriatrics, Electrocardiology, and Clinical Laboratory Services at the location.SpecialtiesWalk in doctor clinic offering Primary Care, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Women's Health and Geriatrics.
