All of our products are Made in USA at our state-of-the-art facility, using lean manufacturing techniques, where we specialize in screen printing, die cutting, plastics processing and assembly so that most orders can ship the same day.Throughout our more than 60 years in business we have continued to invest in modern equipment in order to ensure the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. Our screen printing department uses automatic cylinder presses with UV curing to replace conventional solvents while our die-cutting department uses both conventional hand fed presses and our new automatic high speed die cutter to meet all of our production needs. In addition, all of our plastic molding, forming and extrusion is done on state-of-the-art equipment with custom tooling to ensure quality parts. Skilled workers do all final assembly, packing and shipping. Our facility in metropolitan New York has been recently updated to make it super efficient and with an eye toward ecological concerns, making it lean and green.
