Since the creation of Norvin, our properties have maintained an average occupancy of greater than 95%, exceeding average occupancy rates in every market where we have a presence. Norvin has executed hundreds of leases with healthcare providers; many of our tenants are Blue Chip credit with S&P and Fitch ratings of AAA to BBB.
