June 2015 - Since it's first start date - work has increased, hired two people to work as a consultant and one volunteer.

Rosemary Cobuzzi is a motivational speaker and founder of Self-esteem123, a program dedicated to empowering young people. She is a graduate of Fordham University with a Master's degree in social work. Her passion has been to enrich and change the lives of children and their families in a positive way by focusing on healthy techniques that change behavior and thought patterns. Her work range includes; domestic violence, foster care, substance abuse and mental illness. Rosemary excels at pin-pointing the root causes of a child or family's problem by creating a safe and trusting environment. She then provides the individual or family with a cohesive plan to improve communication, establish healthy relationships and bolster their feelings of self-worth. She is a lifelong Westchester County resident who firmly believes in giving back to her community. Rosemary values her individuality and originality which she encourages her clients to embrace and follow.
