Salmon Noodle 3.0

Fantastic place had a great dinner. The spicy Salmon is fantastic. Staff is great. Highly recommend.

I had an fabulous dinner! We had their lobster truffle ramen and their snow crab truffle ramen Appetizer: beef potato Dessert: matcha terrine

I appreciated the flavor profile here and rly wanted to like it, the noodles were creamy, well balanced, and perfectly seasoned. We tried the signature Lobster Noodle and the Truffle Crab Noodle....

Service was amazing! The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The fries came with wasabi mayo, cod roe mayo, and ketchup. The cod roe sauce was good, but the wasabi mayo was my favorite....

I ordered a lobster noodle, which was delicious and very different from other ramen restaurants. The staff were also very nice!
