Sal Anthony s Movement Salon provides whole-body massages and exercise classes in a peaceful, meditative and soothing atmosphere. This studio offers one-hour personalized sessions in pilates, as well as gyrotonic workouts using a gyrotonic pulley tower. It also offers group pilates and yoga classes.
