Sag Harbor Gym, which provides nearly 14,000sq. ft. of facility space has a light and airy atmosphere with a large atrium situated at the heart of the facility. Aside from the high-end Precor, Matrix, and Cybex weight equipment and cardio machines, the Sag Harbor Gym is also home to extensive spin and group fitness programs. It's newly renovated spin studio features 30 state-of-the-art SPINNING bikes. After working up a serious sweat, members can use the Sag Harbor Gym's sauna to relax and unwind before going about their busy day.

Nice Staff--no its not a planet fitness--but as always , staff and space limited in Hamptons. They added a nice back room, its much better.
