Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC) is a comprehensive mental health service delivery system that provides a full range of care and treatment to individuals incarcerated in the New York State and County Correctional Systems. With a secure inpatient facility located in Marcy, NY, CNYPC is the only state facility where both male and female patients can be involuntarily hospitalized.
