This is a good apartment building on a beautiful (in NYC terms) quiet, dead-end street. For $4,500 me and my two roommates live in a one bedroom flexed into 3 - I would say we have huge rooms...

Loved my zillion dollar view and the lovely staff! Over the years lived in 3 different apartments (floor 30, 32, 36) facing north the better to admire the twinkly always busy 59th Street Bridge....
