Staff was nice. Room was warn at best. Bed was comfortable but there was no blanket. Overpriced.

Where to start....first, it's a wonderful concept as an RIT student-run hotel, but...the WiFi was a joke, it was hard to find a electrical outlet that worked, no water pressure in the bathroom,...

We stayed in the north tower and it was soooo clean. Probably the cleanest hotel I've slept in. I like that the room doesn't have carpet and doesn't have those gross pretend comforters on the bed....
