$209 plus tax just for a diagnosis not including parts or labor and when I said no thanks. This rude woman hung up on me Unbelievable. Over priced and zero customer service skills....

Poor, expensive service. They demand money up front and will not use the initial service call toward the repair (as most companies do) Seems like another company out to rip off the East End.

DO NOT USE! rip off not worth it. Take over $200 up front to make appointment and then charge 4x that when arrive.
