no one answers the phone or follow-up. i call every hour on the hour and no one answers the phone. no one follows up with the email.

The worst experience ever for a simple box spring delivery. Supposedly the ENTIRE payment system was down, which is bs since a company like this should have some sort of back up process. Horrible...
